**Role Description/Criteria**
**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**
The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to enrolment including planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating all aspects and touchpoints of the enrolment process including improving efficiencies and innovative practice for the enrolment function in support of Padua College’s strategic marketing goals. Working collaboratively with leadership, staff, feeder schools and the marketing and enrolments team, the Enrolments Registrar is responsible for the promotion and showcasing of the unique offerings of the College and for delivering a positive enrolment experience for families.
The Enrolments Registrar is under the Director of Business and reports directly to the Head of Marketing and Enrolments.
**MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
The responsibilities of the Enrolments Registrar include but are not limited to:
ii. Overseeing all aspects of College tours;
iii. Administration of enrolments and database management;
iv. Coordinating the transition process for new students;
v. Contribution to College promotions and marketing;
vi. Leadership and professional practice;
vii. performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.
