Director of Nursing Excellence

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in contemporary nursing practice and standards. You will lead the team by providing high-level advice to other Nursing Directors and the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure quality evidence-informed nursing care.
- Lead the design, planning, development, implementation, and management of nursing workforce strategies.
- Provide high-level advice to other Nursing Directors and the executive team.
- Possession of a current annual practicing certificate as a Registered Nurse.
- Mandatory possession of a nursing qualification from a registered tertiary institution or completion of an approved hospital training program.
- Possession of context-specific postgraduate qualification in nursing is highly desirable.
