Job DescriptionAs an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value property owners across Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure that our inventory is competitive, attractive, and relevant for our global traveler base.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Establish performance goals with clients, develop action plans, and secure commitment for adoption/usage.
- Optimize content, rate, and availability to maximize booking conversion.
- Provide data insights and direction to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Secure additional inventory over high-demand periods to satisfy traveler demand.
- Educate clients on self-service features available on our platform.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales, account management, customer experience, or relationship management experience.
- Experience within the travel industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use data-driven business acumen to optimize your portfolio of key accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor and convey information effectively based on the audience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
