Job Title: Senior Leadership Pursuit Manager
About the Role- This is a senior leadership role that focuses on driving business development strategies and leading high-value pursuits.
- We are looking for someone to drive the NSW Business Development Strategy, lead high-value pursuits, and coach stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will be able to implement winning strategies, partner with senior stakeholders, and develop win strategies.
- You will also be responsible for implementing pitch methodology across high-value opportunities in NSW and the Pacific, collaborating with designers and leaders to create engaging visual storytelling and client-centric presentations.
- In addition, you will coach teams, deliver training programs to strengthen BD and pitch capabilities, and introduce innovative tools and processes to elevate pitch quality and consistency.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree qualification with 7+ years' experience in BD, Bids and Tenders, Pursuits, or Strategic Marketing and Communications.
- You should have proven success in B2B environments with a strong understanding of the market landscape and client priorities.
- The ideal candidate will be able to deliver content that is clever, client focused, fit for purpose, creatively persuasive and compelling.
- You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- A proactive and tenacious approach, passion for creative problem solving, collaboration, and elevating business development strategies and content for clients are essential.
- You should also be able to think strategically, be agile and innovative, think on your feet, and be creative and coachable.
