Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Pottery Barn Kids store in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop a strong team culture, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of sales associates and management.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in homewares and/or specialty retail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
