About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Property Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property law, with experience in commercial office, industrial, and retail leasing, sales, and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our Property and Development team on various property transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a wide range of property deals and work closely with established partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of property documents, including contracts and leases
  • Provide legal advice on property transactions, including commercial office, industrial, and retail leasing, sales, and acquisitions
  • Work collaboratively with the Property and Development team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives
