Job Title:

Real Estate Finance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our growing investment team as a Real Estate Finance expert.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients, liaising with third parties and stakeholders throughout the credit process, and utilizing industry insights to effectively communicate products and services. The successful applicant will also be involved in assessing, executing, and project managing property transactions from debt to equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution
  • Analyse market trends and utilise local knowledge to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement internal process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Prepare and document terms and conditions of offer letters in conjunction with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers
  • Draft information memorandums and present overviews to the investment committee or institutional/private investors
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in banking or funds management with a property sector focus. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • High level analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach
  • Teamwork philosophy and ability to work collaboratively
  • Understanding and interest in the property industry
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction/Commerce/Law/Finance/Property or similar
