Industrial Property Deals Manager

We're looking for a skilled and ambitious professional to lead complex commercial, industrial, or mixed-use property transactions. As an Industrial Property Deals Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing and executing deals that drive growth and profitability.

  • Sourcing Opportunities: Identify off-market and early-stage deals through your network, market intelligence, and commercial creativity.
  • Deal Structuring: Build robust financial models, stress-test scenarios, and craft deal structures that maximise value while managing risk.
  • Negotiation and Execution: Lead commercial negotiations, draft terms, and close deals with speed and precision.
  • Partnership Building: Engage with high-calibre capital partners, developers, and advisers to align on vision and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex property transactions from origination through to settlement. You'll possess strong financial acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to navigate both investment and development deals.
