Senior Property Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Law specialist to join our team. With extensive practice experience in Commercial property law, you will have a solid understanding of the practical processes relevant to property law transactions and advice.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date content for our popular Practical Guidance product that is Australia's most established and trusted 'how-to' of legal practice.
- Monitor legal developments and changes in current practice.
- Support the Senior Legal Writer with managing external author relationships and reviewing externally prepared content for accuracy and suitability.
- Provide support to Relationship Managers to help build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Recent experience in an Australian mid to top tier law firm, in-house counsel or Government role.
- A background in transactional and advisory work in property law, including sales and acquisitions, e-conveyancing, property development, commercial and retail leasing, and general property law (such as easements and covenants).
- Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills.
- Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with a range of diverse clients and local and international stakeholders.
