The role involves reviewing the organisation's culture and engagement approach to ensure it drives high-performance culture and enables business strategy. You will also develop and implement leadership and capability strategy and frameworks, including capability assessments and learner experiences.

This includes leading the design and successful delivery of priority Organisational Development programs that support high-performance culture, talent, and leadership uplift. This encompasses overall program management.

You are agile, tenacious, and thrive in an environment where you can make a difference and be accountable. Your proven experience will demonstrate your ability to deliver compelling, commercially focused advice to engage stakeholders at all levels.
