Job Title: Decision Science Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Decision Science Manager.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead customers through onboarding and activation processes.
    • Build trusted relationships with marketing, media, and commercial teams.
    • Translate business challenges into platform use cases and measurable outcomes.
    • Drive engagement and identify utilisation opportunities.

About You:

  • Should have 3-5 years' experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Science, Consulting or Decision Support roles.
  • Should have experience in consulting, SaaS, or customer-facing analytics roles.
  • Should have strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Should have a strong understanding of media data (both Offline and Digital Media).
  • Should be comfortable discussing media mix models, attribution, and commercial outcomes.
  • Should be confident working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
