Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a robust operational reporting suite, work allocation, and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze debt book and cash flow trends and patterns to deliver valuable insights.
  • Effectively deliver campaign performance reporting and insights.
  • Identify and eliminate factors impacting data accuracy.
  • Optimize reporting processes through automation and non-production data source removal.
  • Manage a transparent work in progress queue aligned with the credit and collection agenda.
  • Analyze data to highlight and report on performance issues across credit and collection.

Liaise with stakeholders to provide commentary on metrics for executive-level reporting.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of credit.
  • Solid SAS/SPSS/equivalent skills.
  • MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to link operational outcomes to commercial outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • BI Reporting Tools (e.g., Tableau, PyCharm, Xcelsius, Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion).
  • Strong report writing skills with an ability to extract useful insights.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • High performance and delivery focus.
  • Good understanding of change management.
  • Highly numerate and analytical.
