**About the Role**

- You will have previous experience as a Foreman delivering projects ideally from commencement to completion.

- You will build strong relationships with all on-site personnel and create a culture that motivates productivity.

- You possess leadership skills that drive programs and bring out the best in your team and sub-contractors.

- You have the ability to forecast and look ahead for programming needs, implement requirements, and solution-focused to any arising issues.

- You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and sub-contractors.

- You operate a clean and organized site and understand this is key to success.

- You have a commercial view, understand the importance of cost and project requirements, and can make informed decisions.

- You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and assist to achieve goals.
