**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This medium sized design studio was established in 2015 and has since delivered many high quality award-winning Class 2 Multi-Residential projects. With an incredibly capable team delivering high quality work, the team has grown to a healthy 30, creating the need for an experienced Project Leader to join the team. The studio is based in Surry Hills, very nearby to public transport.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

This position is ideal for an experienced Project Leader who is driven by delivering high quality Multi-Res projects in the leadership capacity, who also enjoys managing and mentoring the team. You will be the key point of contact for the Client and the projects, and will have the luxury of managing your own resourcing.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Coordination of projects and documentation/documentation management
- Work across multiple projects at different stages
- Close Client and stakeholder interaction and site visits

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Project coordination and team management skills as a Project Leader
- Strong Class 2 Multi-Residential experience, specifically carrying projects through their entire lifecycle
- Ideally you will be ArchiCAD proficient, however, this is not a necessity
- You must also have proven experience managing and inspiring a team
