Senior Dental Leader

This role is a key leadership position within our dental services, requiring a senior dental officer to oversee the management and coordination of staffing and clinical services in an SNSWLHD cluster.
The successful candidate will have a significant clinical workload and be responsible for providing strategic leadership, management education, and administration to the cluster's dental clinics. This will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading oral health services in an SNSWLHD cluster, including coordination and management of staffing and related clinical services
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Providing strategic leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting professional development, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing and coordinating clinical services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and partnerships as needed
