About the Role

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding, tracing, and compliance
  • Manage and execute supplier documentation, including the supplier bible, trading terms, packaging guidelines, and shipping manuals
  • Oversee supplier compliance and respond to issues and concerns promptly
  • Purchase order tracking and documentation
  • Support the rollout of the Barcode Project (RFID, GS1, QR)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed

  • Proven experience in supplier coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with supplier compliance standards and regulations
