Job Opportunity
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The Assisted School Travel Program plays a significant role in meeting the needs of eligible students with disability by providing free specialised transport to and from school where parents and carers are unable to provide or arrange transport.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in call centre, customer service and administration. They will be required to perform data entry, filing and records management, and administrative tasks. The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and think critically to solve problems is essential.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Data Entry and Filing:
">- Enter accurate data into computer systems
">Administrative Tasks:
">- Assist with various administrative tasks such as photocopying, binding documents and scanning files
">Communication Skills:
">- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
">Tech-Savvy:
">- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly
">Problem-Solving Abilities:
">- Think critically and come up with solutions to complex problems
">Able to Work Under Pressure:
">- Manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
">Requirements:
