Visual Creative Specialist Opportunity

This role is an exciting chance for a talented Visual Creative Specialist to join our passionate Design team and support the Glasshouse Fragrances brand.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual content that drives brand equity and moves the brand forward towards its vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality designs that align with the brand voice and are consistent with the company's overall creative direction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop campaign visuals, ensuring precision in brief response and showcasing a clear link from insight to concept to the desired consumer response.
  • Design assets across all touch points, including digital, print, social media, email, web, POS, signage, packaging, and event materials.
  • Deliver assets to support retailer sell-in windows, including VM guidelines, planograms, POS materials, and campaign books.
  • Roll out campaign art across all touch points and reformat creative for different ratios.
  • Support photoshoots and art direction as required.
  • Work alongside agency partners as needed.
  • Contribute to and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Retouching skills to a high level and ability to create photo renderings/mock-ups.
  • FA skills for dielines and packaging, including understanding of the printing process.
  • FA skills for campaign rollouts across both digital and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Indesign/Illustrator/Photoshop; Figma, Klaviyo.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • AI-assisted design tools for ideation or production, such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly.
  • Basic Video Editing.
  • 3D mock-ups and Visualization – creating product renders in Dimension, Blender, or similar tools.
  • Web basics – understanding HTML/CSS limitations when handing over to developers.
