Job Opportunity:

A talented and passionate Visual Effects Specialist is sought to join a cutting-edge virtual reality company. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in 3DS Max and experience in creating high-quality, realistic, and visually stunning 3D assets and environments for virtual reality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually striking and immersive 3D assets, characters, environments, and objects for virtual reality experiences.
  • Work in 3Ds Max and Unity to convert high poly models as per project briefs.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
  • Create and optimize 3D models, textures, and materials for real-time rendering in VR environments.
  • Evaluate artistic integrity and visual consistency of all 3D assets produced.
  • Collaborate with other artists and provide constructive feedback to help elevate the overall quality of VR experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Visual Effects Specialist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating high-quality 3D assets and environments.
  • Experience in 3DS Max including modelling, topology, UV unwrapping, and material creation.
  • Experience with VRAY and Corona rendering in 3DS Max.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and colour.
  • Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being open to feedback.
