Visual Creative Specialist

As a Visual Creative Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating visual assets that bring our brand to life. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing branded assets, digital media, and video edits that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of core assets and campaign execution across the organization.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversight of brand guideline application, briefs, and approvals.
- Development of robust asset management systems and self-serve assets.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-led creative work.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, accessibility, and visual storytelling.
- Expertise in designing for both organic and paid digital channels, including social media, display ads, email, and web.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma. After Effects is desirable.
