We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to join our team in Australia, focusing on the development of innovative and engaging social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Design captivating visuals for paid social platforms with a focus on direct response performance.
- Transform briefs into compelling stories that align with platform best practices and brand tone.
- Collaborate with creative strategists and producers on campaign concepts, storyboards, and ideation sessions.
- Maintain visual consistency while pushing boundaries and introducing fresh ideas.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital or advertising design, showcasing strong visual storytelling and results-driven creative.
- Familiarity with Meta ad formats and what drives conversions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator) and knowledge of Figma.
- Experience designing static and video-based campaigns.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to receive feedback and implement changes.
