Key Responsibilities- Support colleges across Catholic Education Rockhampton by working towards a shared vision for teaching and learning.
- Provide leadership, expertise, and advice on all aspects of teaching, learning, and curriculum, including the Australian Curriculum, online learning, QCAA senior assessment, and vocational education and training.
- Work collaboratively with school teams to identify needs, strategize for improvement, and monitor and evaluate the impact of actions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and current Queensland College of Teachers Registration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work well individually or collaboratively as part of a team, and to accept direction and support.
- Competitive salary range - $152,594 - $169,547 (pending experience) inclusive of 12.75%.
- Superannuation Guarantee Contribution of 12.75%.
- 5 weeks of annual leave (pro-rata).
- Modern facilities and resources.
