About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Communications Director to join our team at H&M Group.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our PR & Communications efforts, developing and implementing global strategies to enhance our brand image and reputation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR & Communications plans to drive business results and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and maximize impact.
  • Oversee internal communications, including corporate messaging and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead a team of PR & Communications professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve shared goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • A seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in PR & Communications, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong network of media contacts and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
