We are seeking an experienced senior graphic designer to join our growing team as Creative Design Director.

Responsibilities

  • To conceptualize, design, and produce on-brand assets across various mediums, including EDMs, websites, apps, social media, paid media, and print media.
  • Deliver innovative designs that align with our brand's aesthetic, while staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager to execute product launch and brand campaign concepts.
  • Edit video content for campaign launches and social media updates on a daily basis.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Work alongside the PR and events team to develop designs for small and large-scale events and activations.
  • Monitor competitor creatives, industry trends, user experience, and creative best practices across the industry.
  • Collaborate with departments to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Perform photo retouching and editing tasks as required.

Requirements

  • A self-motivated individual with confidence in their skill set.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent time management skills.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with video editing software, such as Premiere Pro (Final Cut or After Effects also highly favored).
  • Familiarity with Paid Social Media platforms.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce, Exponea, Klavyio, or similar systems is highly favored.
  • Experience within the Fashion or Beauty industry is advantageous.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing best practices across all platforms.
