The competitive salary for this role includes NFP salary packaging, with an estimated total remuneration package in excess of $120,000 per annum.


Job Description


We are seeking a skilled Facility Manager to lead the overall operations of our residential care home in Port Stephens, NSW. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team, reporting to the Regional Manager, and working closely with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities



  • Daily clinical, financial, and operational management of the facility
  • Supervising, supporting, and motivating the residential care services team
  • Promoting the values of Prospero Health & Social Care and leading by example
  • Maintaining occupancy and budget requirements
  • Building key stakeholder partnerships in the community
  • Ensuring resident lifestyle and care needs are met

Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A qualification in healthcare and up-to-date AHPRA nursing registration
  • Experience managing a multidisciplinary team in residential care
  • Recent experience working in a similar position in aged care
  • Understanding and knowledge of accreditation standards and AN-ACC requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication, customer service skills
  • A reliable, influential, resilient can-do attitude
  • Proficient IT skills across the Microsoft Suite
