About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education professional to lead our Kindergarten in Blackburn, Victoria.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operation of the Kindergarten.
- Manage and resource your team, in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Create and manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons and providing resources for children.
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate individual education programs.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children, including those that are deaf/hard of hearing.
- Provide leadership and promote the professional development of the team.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- University qualifications in Early Childhood Education that meet requirements to be a Nominated Supervisor.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing an ECEC centre.
- Experience in delivering inclusive early childhood teaching programs.
- A sound understanding of and commitment to The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework.
- Experience working with children and families with sensory needs and CALD backgrounds.
- A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
