Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at the Katrina Preschool. As an Integrated 3YO & 4YO program Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification;
  • Experience working with children aged 3-5 years;
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
