Job Description

This part-time role is available for 30 hours per week. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging learning programs that promote the growth and development of children.



Responsibilities

  2. Develop and implement learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  3. Craft exceptional learning experiences that cater to diverse needs and abilities;
  4. Work collaboratively with senior educators and leaders to enhance program quality;
  5. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that fosters emotional well-being;
  6. Engage in mentoring opportunities to support your professional growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Current Victoria Working with Children Check.


Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
