Job Description

Amazon Australia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the growth of programs including Subscribe & Save and Everyday Essentials. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering innovative enhancements to the customer experience and building relationships with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a roadmap of initiatives to grow the program, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, selection expansion, customer experience, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Uncover best practices through Amazon's global network to deliver value for Australian customers.
  • Possess strong project management skills and hold stakeholders accountable to high standards.
  • Bring robust analytical skills and a deep curiosity about how things work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or databases.
  • MBA, PhD, or equivalent.
