Role Description:

You will work as a mental health practitioner on our telehealth platform, supporting clients' well-being and personal growth based on individual needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one video sessions for clients seeking mental health support.
  • Address various clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more.
  • Partner with internal teams to improve the platform and client programs.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
  • Be skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches.
  • Have at least 300 hours of clinical experience post-masters degree.
  • Communicate effectively in English.
  • Have experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
  • Prior experience in EAP, counselling adults, or coaching managerial roles is an asset.
