Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance professional to join our team. This role will involve providing regulatory compliance support for various business units and functions, as well as ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.

About the Role

  • Provide key regulatory compliance support for core business in Australasia region in coordination with regional team

  • Strengthen regulatory compliance infrastructure to support markets, local initiatives and product and service offerings

  • Produce and maintain relevant regulatory compliance policies and departmental procedures

  • Review and assess new business projects and design of regulatory compliance controls to ensure adherence to company policy and procedures

  • Ensure all reporting obligations are successfully completed within required timelines accurately

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with regional team to provide key regulatory compliance support for core business in Australasia region

  2. Develop and implement effective regulatory compliance processes and controls to support market growth and expansion

  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with changing regulations

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks

  5. Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance training programs for employees

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in regulatory compliance in financial services or payments industry

  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
