We are seeking a highly skilled reliability and maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintenance of our beverage plant operating 24/7.

Our beverage plant operates continuously, producing high-quality beverages for consumers. To maintain this level of quality, we require a dedicated and experienced reliability and maintenance professional to oversee the plant's equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Initiate and implement process improvements to continually enhance the reliability and maintenance function on site.
  • Liaise with other functions to identify key issues affecting line performance and develop solutions to rectify these.
  • Manage the financials for site-related maintenance activities; forecasting budget and controlling cost expenditure.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are effectively and efficiently planned, managed, and delivered to meet business requirements.
  • Communicate asset care KPIs to the maintenance team to clarify expectations and address non-conformance in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • An inclusive and compassionate leader who will foster positive team culture.
  • Tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline or trade qualifications with relevant experience may be considered in lieu of tertiary qualifications.
  • 10+ years senior leadership experience in beverage or FMCG supply chain within a unionized workforce.
  • Regulatory and legal compliance knowledge and understanding of implications for the business.
  • Good interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities required to build relationships across the business.
