Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned reliability expert to lead our team in driving asset health and performance. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our reliability strategy across fixed plant, mobile fleet, underground equipment, and non-processing infrastructure.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional results. You will have the chance to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to drive improvements in asset uptime, lifecycle cost, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of reliability engineers and specialists
  • Champion defect elimination, RCFA, condition monitoring, and asset health initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver measurable improvements in asset performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate CMMS PM data, process control trends, and PdM data into decision-making and predictive maintenance tools
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering
  • Vast experience in fixed or mobile plant maintenance in mining or heavy industry
  • Proven track record of leading reliability or maintenance improvement functions
  • Strong knowledge of Asset Management and CMMS Systems
