We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Residential Sales Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting call backs and follow up buyers, prospecting the local area for new business leads, attending open homes and private inspections, liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors, preparing for and attending appraisals, and working on the auction floor.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience and completion of a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agent's Representative Certificate). You should also be a natural relationship builder who loves people and communicates exceptionally well. Passionate about a long-term career in real estate residential sales, you should be hungry for success and career progression, and proven success achieving KPI's/targets. Finally, you should hold a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
