Residential Construction Sales Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Construction Sales professional to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inspect damaged properties and prepare comprehensive estimates for repairs.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters and property owners to negotiate the scope and cost of repairs.
  • Manage time efficiently, maintain strong people skills, attention to detail, computer skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Contribute to a team environment that ensures excellent customer service while meeting performance goals.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficiency in estimating software.
  • Industry certifications (IICRC and Lead).
  • Experience with writing estimates in Xactimate.
  • Experience with Symbility.
