We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support the delivery of culturally appropriate allied health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- The successful candidate will work closely with allied health professionals, providing assistance in providing care and facilitating communication between clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- This role requires strong cultural knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to improving community health and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and other health professionals in delivering high-quality care.
- Supporting treatment plans and contributing to community outreach initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting in the development of culturally relevant resources.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong cultural knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
