- Assess and calculate risk, keeping brokers at the heart of every decision, and drive portfolio growth and retention while staying aligned with policy and guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of SME market underwriting principles and their effective application.
- Sound decision-making and negotiation skills aligned with business objectives.
