Senior Underwriter Role

This is a 6-month opportunity to grow your underwriting career.

You will work within our team, delivering exceptional service to commercial clients across intermediated packages and motor business.

You will build strong relationships with brokers and stakeholders, and collaborate with a high-performing team that values independence, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.

The role involves underwriting new business, referrals, and renewals with precision and care, assessing and calculating risk, keeping brokers at the heart of every decision, and driving portfolio growth and retention while staying aligned with policy and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to broker requests with speed, clarity, and confidence.
  • Deliver standout service while meeting service level agreements and workflow standards.
  • Underwrite new business, referrals, and renewals with precision and care.
  • Assess and calculate risk, keeping brokers at the heart of every decision.
  • Drive portfolio growth and retention while staying aligned with policy and guidelines.
