We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on leader to oversee all aspects of insulation installations in the field.

About this Role

This key position requires someone with a strong background in construction or installation management to lead a team of up to 20 contractors onsite. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be capable of providing technical expertise, ensuring quality documentation, and giving feedback on the installation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading teams of contractors onsite.
  • Ensuring Environmental, Health, and Safety standards are met.
  • Providing quality assurance and verification onsite.
  • Understanding warehouse and stock management principles.
  • Exceptional planning, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 360.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • A full driver's license is required (forklift license preferred).
