Paediatric Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with children and their families to deliver life-changing outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Assess and provide intervention for paediatric clients with various diagnoses and disabilities.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans to improve functional skills and daily living abilities.

You will be part of a dedicated team of 110+ OT professionals in our growing NDIS division, working together to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of paediatric clients to identify areas of need and develop tailored therapy plans.
  2. Therapy Delivery: Implement and review therapy plans to ensure effective delivery of services and achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, carers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • 3+ years of OT experience (preferred).
  • Registration with AHPRA (or ability to register).
  • Driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
