Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer at CompNow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that meet our clients' diverse needs.

  • Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable applications using a range of technologies.
  • Lead the development of both front-end and back-end features, focusing on security, maintainability, performance, and user experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, offering technical support and fostering their professional growth.
  • Develop and maintain applications in a variety of languages and platforms.
  • Implement and execute testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure software quality.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to identify and fix bugs and performance issues before deployment.
Technical Requirements

You will need:

  • Solid experience in both front-end and back-end development, particularly with technologies like, jQuery, C#,.Net 8, and relational databases.
  • Strong grasp of web technologies and related standards like REST, HTTP1/2, CORS, authentication, and RPC frameworks.
  • Experience developing cross-platform applications using frameworks like Swift, MAUI (Multi-platform App UI) or Xamarin (highly desirable).
  • Experience with additional frameworks or libraries beyond those mentioned, such as React, Angular, or (highly desirable).
  • Recognized certification demonstrating proficiency in iOS development (highly desirable).
Requirements

You will need to have:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing mobile and web applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric mobile applications from concept to deployment.
  • Experience in delivering full-cycle projects from conception through to deployment and maintenance.
  • Ability to design, implement, and maintain complex systems and applications.
  • Proven ability to guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical oversight and fostering skill development within the team.
