Events Manager Role

GCCEC is seeking an experienced events manager to join its world-class team. As an integral part of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Plan and coordinate large-scale conferences, exhibitions, concerts, and sporting events.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of event coordinators to ensure successful event delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in events management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Experience with event planning software and tools.
  • Current RSA certification and ability to obtain RMLV Certificate.
