About The Role
You will contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring great customer experience across the store, including:
  • Assisting customers across various areas within the store from front-facing to back-of-house roles.
  • Providing high levels of customer service standards during pre-sale, sale, and post-sale interactions.
  • Enhancing the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising all products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
