Early Childhood Professional

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Professional to inspire young minds and help change their lives every day in a fun and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our unique 'To BE Me' Guardian learning program by creating engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Monitor and report on children's progress and well-being, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children to thrive and grow, adhering to high standards of quality and care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it), demonstrating a strong foundation in childcare and education principles.
  • Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster that caters to the needs of the centre.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  • Child Protection Certificate and Food Safety Certificate to enhance your skills and knowledge in child safety and food handling.
  • Over 2-3 years of experience in early childhood education, showcasing your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize the needs of children.
