Career Guidance Counsellor Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their career goals? We have a permanent, full-time role for a Course Adviser to join our team.

As a trusted advisor, you will guide course enquirers through options and enrolment procedures. You will encourage potential students to pursue career pathways in counselling, community services, or financial services.

This is a flexible work arrangement with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely responses to enquiries from prospective students via phone/email.
  • Building relationships with course enquirers while developing positive communication and dialogue.
  • Encouraging enrolment using a consultative approach.
  • Achieving performance targets while meeting customer needs.
  • Maintaining accurate course records in our CRM System.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who inspires students about career opportunities. If you have previous experience in a course advisory or sales-based position, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work independently as part of a close-knit team. You should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

Requirements
