Job Title: Relocation Field Service Manager

Marble is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team in Mount Isa. As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced field service mechanics and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with mine sites around the Mt Isa and Cloncurry regions to ensure effective service delivery
  • Organize and plan maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Assign tasks to a team of field service fitters to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Assist in record keeping and coordinating warranty claims to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth and retention
  • Ensure the team adheres to quality standards to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Mechanical trade qualification and experience supervising a team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to lead a team effectively
  • A strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
