Relocation Field Service Manager

Marble is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team in Mount Isa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced field service mechanics and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with mine sites around the Mt Isa and Cloncurry regions to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Organize and plan maintenance schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Assign tasks to a team of field service fitters and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Assist in record keeping and coordinating warranty claims to ensure timely resolution
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth and retention
  • Ensure the team adheres to quality standards and best practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a field service management role, preferably in the mining or earthmoving industry
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
