Relocation Field Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Manager to lead our team of field service mechanics in the Mt Isa region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with mine sites across the Mt Isa and Cloncurry regions to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize team productivity
- Assign tasks to field service fitters and provide guidance and support as needed
- Assist in record keeping and coordinate warranty claims to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth
- Ensure the team adheres to quality standards and best practices
- An excellent remuneration package with performance bonuses
- Work a local Mount Isa role, Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week
- Vehicle and fuel card provided for business use

We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader who has a proven track record of supervising a team in a mining or earthmoving background. You will have effective time management and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality control.
