About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our team at Parmelia Hilton Perth. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dishwashing machinery to wash and sanitize crockery and kitchen implements
  • Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant(s), kitchen(s), and all food outlets within the hotel
  • Ensure the storerooms are clean and tidy at all times
  • Work with the kitchen team to provide excellent service to our guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience handling and working with chemicals
  • A passion for providing great service
  • A professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to perform in a team and autonomously
