About the Role

  • Lead the Kitchen Steward team and develop their skills to achieve our high standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness of our Premium Product and Retail kitchens
  • Inspect equipment for cleanliness and ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen & Environment Manager to achieve our goals

Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning commercial kitchens or similar environments
  • Experience maintaining HACCP records
  • Strong emphasis on safety and a culture champion
  • Experience leading teams of 5-10 people

Weekend Availability is Essential
